WALNUT CHOCOLATE FUDGE BY Samar Sahu
WALNUT CHOCOLATE FUDGE:-
Ingredients:- Dark chocolate (may be prefer milk chocolate)- 1 kg, Fresh cream- 250g, milk maid- 100g, icing sugar- 250g, walnut chopped- 500g, vanilla essence- 30ml, Butter- 50g.
Method:- Bring a sauce pan. put chocolate pieces . add fresh cream . add sugar. cook on slow fire. after melting all ingredients add milk maid, butter & walnuts .
Then stir well. bring a square 8×8 inch size and 1 inch dimension steel tray. line purchment paper. then drain melted fudge on to tray. keep a side still 1 hour.
After 1 hour keep in side a refrigerator still 2 hour. remove . cut slice and serve with coffee or tea.
