Sajana Saaga Muga Dali Saaga Bhaja

1. undlesGarlic (Rasuna) – 6
2. Drunstick Leaves (Sajana Saaga) – 2 bundles
3. Oil – 1 tbsp
4. Mooga Dal – 1/4 cup
5. Pancha Phutana – 1 tbsp
6. Kancha Lanka – 1-2
7. Salt

cooking process
1. Clean the Sajana SaagaBoil the Mooga Dali with salt in a Presure cooker.
2. Remove it fefire first whistle.
3. Cut the garlic small picesIn a Kadhai heat the musterd oil.
4. Add the Panch phutan, garlic and green chilli.
5. Add the Sajana Saaga and cook untill it boils.
6. Add the mooga Dal and cooked it full boilNow your Saaga Mooga fry is ready to Serve
