Milk -1 kg
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Sugar- 1 cup
Red food color -1/4 tsp
Choti elaechi -1
Method – first boiled milk. Add lemon juice. Make chena wash with water . Strain in maslin cloth.
Now mashed it until it smooth. Make smooth dough. Now leave it 10 to 20 minutes. Make goli with dough.
Boil two glass water add three tsp sugar. Add rasgulla. Keep lid on it after 10 minutes it ready. It floated.
Make one drop chasing with one and half glass water and one cup sugar. Add choti eleachi red colour.
Put rasgulla in chasni. Put it fridge. Serve cool. .
