RASAM – An yummy soup by Leena Manoj Satanami
Pepper dhaniya garlic and tomato its a combination of yummy soup called RASAM.
When ever i fl lazy to cook make this with some papad and pickle its a complete full satisfied meal for afternoon …. Nom nom waoooo.
Tomato ripe 5
Tamarind paste 2tap
Dhaniya seed 2tsp
Red chilli dry
Boil toor dal for consistency
In grinder add dry ingredients frst coarse grind them then add wet ingredients grind them in coarse paste.
In kadhai add oil,add dry chilli,methi seed sarson,hing 1/2tsp,curry leaf and 4clove garlic when its spluter add the mixture .
Add salt,haldi pwdr, boil till 3 min till the raw smell goes tada its ready.
