Poi saga posto kassa by Leena Manoj Satanami kitchen of odisha

Cut the poi saga along with one o baigan,one tomato and keep it a side. Cut potatoes and slice of onion. Now make a paste of 1 1/2 tbsp posto,1tbsp sarson,1tbsp jeera 5 cloves lehsun,green chilli vand dry red chilli. In a kadhai add sarson ka tel. Now add 1/2 tbsp panch phoron. Now add onion and potatoes fry till onion chng it colour to slight brown, Now add poi,baigan tomatoes then add haldi powder ,salt 1/2 TSP sugar .give a quick fry. Fry till tomatoes get cooked. Now add paste fry till 2 min and it's ready
