Ingredients: Maida( all purpose flour), Water or Milk, Ripe banana (Pachila Kadali), panamahuri(saunf), green cardamoms(Gujurati), Baking Sodha (Khaiba Sodha), Sugar and water to make Sira. Safron(Keshara)
Step 1: Take 1 cup maida( all purpose flour) and water or milk to make a thick batter, then add Baking Soda and keep this for 4 to 5 hrs for better result.
Step 2: Take 1 ripe banana, 2-3 green cardamoms(Gujurati) and 1 spoon of panamahuri(saunf). Then add the mashed banana, crushed green cardamoms and pana madhuri to it.
Step 3: Mix all the ingredients and create a thick batter.
Step 4: Sugar and water to make sira( Chasni or sugar syrup). Take 1.5 cup water and 1 cup sugar and make the Sugar syrup by boiling it for some minutes.
Step 5 : Take Ghee or oil for deep frying. Heat oil or ghee for frying. When hot put one ladle(Eka danki Golana) of the batter into oil and fry until brown.
Step 6: Take it out and put it in sugar syrup for 2-3 mins till it absorbs it.
Step 7 : Take it out and serve hot or cold.
