Holi special: Chakuli Pitha with Buta dali chutney and Lassi by Manasi Senapati
Chakuli pitha: soak urad dal and chawal for 4-5 hours. Grind it properly to prepare a batter. Add salt and leave it for 1 hour. Then make thin pancakes on a non stick pan.
Buta dali chutney: Soak chana dal for 4-5 hours. Then fry some chana dal, curry leaves, green chillies on a non stick pan without oil. Then prepare a mixture of chana dal, pudina, some curd, green chillies and curry leaves.
After preparing the mixture, tamper it with red chillies, curry leaves and other spices.
Lassi: Take some curd in a mixer and add some water to it. Then put sugar and salt according to the taste, also add some pudina leaves and grind it properly. Take it out from the mixer and serve chilled.
