Recipe – Chilli fish with little twist of honey by Sudeshna Patnaik
Marinate fish with salt ,soya sauce , red chilli paste / red chilli powder .
Keep it in freezer for 30 minutes.
Then fry it with refined oil keep it aside.
Then chop ginger, garlic, onion and capsicum
Take vinegar, chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato puree and honey for gravy.
Put oil, first add ginger and garlic soute well, when it’s fried well then add onion and capsicum.
Then add vinegar, chili sauce, soya souce, tomato puree, and honey (each 1T spoon ) and salt
Cover the lid allow it to cook properly .Then add ur required gravy consistency allow it to boil. Once it’s boiled add fish fried pieces and cover the lid. Allow gravy to be thicken.
Add spring onion and coriander leaves and serve.
