Ingredients: Besana (Gram flour), Onion, Garlic, Chili, Garama Masala, Coriander leaves, Oil,Baking Soda and water
Procedure: Take 1 cup Gram flour and one fourth cup of water, Salt, Baking soda, cutting Onion, chopped Garlic, chopped Chili, Garama Masala, Coriander leaves. Mix all well.
Take oil in a pan, as pakoda can float on oil. Heat the oil and then put the mix dough in oil after oil heated. When the pakoda color changes to brown and pakoda starts floats on oil, remove it to a dis and keep it on oil absorbed paper to soak oil.
Now you can serve hot Besana Pakoda with tomato and chili sauce.
